Status filter

The status filter lets you restrict displayed user accounts to those matching one or more statuses.

* A user with an *Active* account is able to log into the portal.

* A user with an *Inactive* account is not able to log into the portal.

* A *Pending* account has yet to be verified: an email message requesting verification has been sent but not responded to.

* A *Coapplicant* account has been created by an applicant submitting a Project Grant application. It can't be logged into until or unless an administrator changes its status.

Immediately you change any filter, the _List all users_ [#252,page reload] process will begin.
